Zubin Balaporia has a three-decade career as the versatile keyboardist of Indus Creed (formerly Rock Machine), a pioneering Indian rock band known globally. He co-produced and contributed to all four albums: Rock ‘n’ Roll Renegade, The Second Coming, Indus Creed, and Evolve. Indus Creed performed extensively across India and internationally, including prestigious events like Womad Festival and represented India at the Festival of India in the former Soviet Union. Balaporia also shared the stage with notable acts like Bon Jovi, Europe, Slash (Guns ‘n’ Roses), and Uriah Heep. His accolades include MTV Asian Video Music Award, VH1 Hall of Fame Awards, and Best Keyboardist by Rolling Stone.
Currently active with the reformed Indus Creed and Fusion band Musafir, Balaporia’s musical prowess extends to film, commercials, and documentaries for major international brands. He also directed music for Bollywood films and web series. His enriching career encompasses musicals, theatre, and educational endeavors as Adjunct Faculty (Audio Production) at True School of Music in Vijaybhoomi University.
