Mustafa was the part of the first batch of the Pro Hindustani Playback Vocal course at True School. He started by performing at college festivals and small private gigs. At present, he is exclusively managed by Happydemic for live as well as sessions work.
Mustafa has performed alongside many Bollywood playback singers like Armaan Malik, Kavita Seth, Harshit Saxena, Shalmali Kholgade, Divya Kumar and a number of the participants of Indian Idol. He has worked as a sessions vocalist for several corporate jingles. He has co-composed for a Netflix horror movie and was exclusively featured in an independent song “Main Sach Bolda” by well know singer Shaan. This video has garnered more than 8 million views.
